It feels a little late to write this post, but quite honestly I hadn’t set up my own website when I first created this fun Cabana men’s set. This were traditionally worn in the 50s with a matching pair of shorts and top, sometimes lined in terry cloth so you could dry off.
So when a customer contacted me last year to ask for his very own for Viva Las Vegas, made with a shark print, I said YES! He picked out the fabric and I set to work!
I choose some very soft terry cloth to line the inside of the jacket. I was a little jealous it wasn’t for me. When I was getting ready for Viva, I had a million projects so I didn’t get a picture of it on a form.
I nervously waited for my customer to pick it up at Viva and low and behold it fit! I caught a glimpse of him in action at the pool and asked if he would take a picture with me. If you would like your own Shark Cabana Set check it out here!
